UNIT L-0ST is an atmospheric 2D action-exploration / survival-horror game built in Godot 4 for Untitled Game Jam #118. 
You play as a maintenance android stranded in a decaying underground facility. Your torch isn’t decoration — it’s your heartbeat. Light keeps you alive, darkness drains you, and every decision burns precious energy.

Features 

  • Custom art & soundscape: handmade sprites, ambient drones, occlusion and spatial audio.
  • Menus & UI: main, pause, respawn, all fully functional.
  • Power Nodes – checkpoints and energy oases.
  • Reactive Distortion Leeches – hunt by proximity and light, dissolve under focus.
  • Branching endings – sacrifice yourself to relight the city, or overcharge and walk away unstoppable.
  • Three-stage progression:
    • Maintenance Exterior – learn, explore, survive your first contact.
    • Maintenance Maze – tight corridors, energy management, rising threat.
    • Core Wing – final decision: restore the grid or take its power.
  • Complete energy system: light constantly fades; focusing melts enemies but drains faster; pulsing knocks them back at high cost.
